Our Crazy Attempt at a Christmas Picture

For your viewing pleasure...proof of the last time we ever try to get a picture with all four dogs (at least until next December). I had my wonderful, awesome, extremely patient friend Cathy come take pictures of us yesterday and it was an experience. I don't know why I thought it was going to be easy. Seriously, all four on leashes at the same time, in the front yard (where they never go) with new sights and smells galore, cars going by, workers across the street...sure, no problem!

The first atempt in front of the tree. Really I was expecting them to just sit and look at the camera.

How can you not just laugh at the whole situation!

Everyone finally sitting, but looking at the workers across the street...and Diego could care less. I decided I didn't like the background so we moved to the front porch.

All tangled up...leashes everywhere and Sawyer climbing on Brinkley and Diego.

Not a single dog where I wanted them, Brinkley licking his nose, Sawyer looking loopey, and Moose yawning. How was I so dumb to think we could get all of them picture perfect at the same time.

I thought this one was hilarious. Jeff and I are all smiley, looking at he camera and every single dog is still looking across the street more interested in the workers. Cathy made noises and called their names and no one was interested.

Out of the many, many pictures we took I actually did get a few I liked and one worthy of the Christmas card. So much drama it's a good thing we only have to do this once a year!
