EMBRACE THE CAMERA

I happened across this blog today I'm pretty sure by clicking on a friend of a friend of a friend...I'm such a stalker and really have better things to be doing than reading totally random strangers blogs...BUT, every once in a while I find really great blogs with super cute ideas of things to do with the boys as they grow up or blogs about photography (which I LOVE)...plus it is just slightly addicting!

Anyway...the purpose of this post is called "Embrace the Camera" and it is all about getting out from behind the lens and in front of it so you have a few pics with your kiddos and YOU to look back at someday.  I got the idea from this blog and you can read a little more about it in this post.  I'm totally not that great at taking pictures and don't really love me in them either but after I read Emily's post I went back and looked at all of the thousands of pictures I have taken over the last seven months and I am maybe in 10 of them...and I'm so not exaggerating...it's really sad!

So...the goal for maybe the next 18 years or so is to take a few pictures each week with me actually in them.  We'll see how it goes.  Here are a few to start with...horribly bad (taken by pointing the camera in the mirror) but cute nonetheless because I am with my babies.
