June 22-29 we took a trip to Turks and Caicos with our friends the Cooneys. We stayed at Beaches resort and absolutely loved it. The weather was perfect, the pools and beach were beautiful, the food was great. We had so much fun {even though I got sick halfway through the trip}. It was relaxing and a much needed vacation for all of us.

When we got to the resort we wasted no time and got right in the pool before going to dinner...there was a perfect sized kid pool and the boys were in heaven. We spent the majority of our week in this pool.
Dinner the first night...LOVED that they had a kid sized table next to ours. It was perfect for the kiddos.
Playing in the sand is much more fun than eating dinner!

Breakfast on one of our mornings there...we always went to the same buffet. I thought the boys would enjoy all of the eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and syrup, etc. but all they wanted every morning was fruit loops and apple juice {with maybe a blueberry muffin or cinnamon roll}...so easy to please!

The boys didn't love the water but liked playing in the sand.
The water was so clear and beautiful...I could have stayed on the beach all week long.

All cleaned up and relaxing in the room before dinner one night. I forgot to take pictures of our room...these two are the best I have.
