Our Newest Family Member

Jeff was looking on the internet last Sunday at the dogs up for adoption at Fuzzy Friends (always a bad idea for us). He came across this little guy and his brother and sisters. Every other Tuesday I do volunteer work for Fuzzy Friends, so I got to see him. One call to Jeff asking him to come take a look and that was it. We are soon to become a family with FOUR dogs!! We have to wait a week and a half to get him because he hasn't been fixed yet. His coloring is the same as Diego, but his ears are longer, he's not as furry, and his legs are shorter. We're thinking he'll be the smallest out of all four.

His name at Fuzzy Friends is Dexter, which I'm not too crazy about. We're having a hard time coming up with another name. I don't want it to sound too similar to the other three. So far we have come up with Otis or Astro, but still I'm not completely sold. Any suggestions for the perfect name would be wonderful.

Since we can't have him for a week and half, we went out to visit him today and take some pictures with his brother and sisters. They are so adorable. Only one little girl pup is still available.

So, so sweet. This is the last picture I took of him today. The other pups were running around and playing with each other. He was just sitting there staring at us. I swear he knows he is eventually coming home with us.

I thought this picture was so funny. I had just painted my toenails this morning and must have had a new polish smell on my toes. When I went inside the cage to pick up our puppy, all they wanted to do was lick my toes.
