Hello Again...

So it's been a few weeks but we have been crazy busy...we were in Houston for the NCAA tournament, Ethan was sick with the stomach bug, and we went to California to visit my family last week. I have lots of posts coming...the boys 5 month update, my birthday, our first try at cereal, BU basketball pics and lots about the boys' trip to see the fam. For now here are a few pictures of Ethan and Evan's first airplane ride. We left Houston last Wednesday morning at 7:45...since we figured no time was a good time to travel with two 5 month olds we decided to go early. They actually did really good the whole trip, much better than I expected. Evan never made a sound, just sat and watched the TV in front of him the entire time. Ethan cried a little but only when he was going to sleep and right before we gave the boys their bottles. I had huge fears of them crying the entire time or having issues with their ears during landing, but they did great.

Waiting at the gate with Ethan...I was surviving on Starbucks after having to get up at 4:00 am.

Evan and Jeff...Evan was quite curious with all around him. I couldn't get him to look at the camera for anything.

Ethan, a little unsure of the whole experience.

Knocked out in the car once we landed. My mom was able to borrow two car seats from a friend so we didn't have to travel with ours. I can't even imagine the craziness of having to check two car seats (and bases) along with all of our luggage, stroller, baby stuff, etc. So thankful my mom's friend had these extras.

Looking at Gramma CC...the last time my parents saw the boys they were 7 weeks old. We had a wonderful time visiting my family. Even though traveling was a little crazy it was definitely worth it to go see everyone...more about our trip (with TONS of pictures) coming soon!
