One of the reasons Cathy and I really wanted to go to Fredericksburg was not the shopping...it was the yummy BLTA (avocado) sandwich we had last year. I seriously crave this sandwich every once in a while it is SOO good! It's a little ridiculous that we would drive an hour for this sandwich but it is AWESOME! I even considered ordering an extra one to take back to the hotel for a snack. Hopefully we will be going back next year for another one!

Our Horseshoe Bay trip was lots of fun...a much needed time of relaxation. Looking forward to another trip next year!
