OK, so Evan has actually been sitting by himself for about a month now...we have just been patiently waiting for Ethan to join the party. He has always been the more mobile one and figured out how to "crawl" around 5 1/2 months (although we are still doing it the army way with our belly on the ground). Sitting hasn't really been his priority until this week. He used to always fall over after sitting for short periods but finally this week he has been going for longer periods of time...HOORAY!! I was beginning to think it was never going to happen, but he has it all figured out...and just a few days shy of his 7 month birthday! Here are a few shots of us sitting from today...
Brotherly love (I am convinced Ethan has figured out how to give "kisses")...not too sure Evan is feeling the love!
Enough of the pictures...looking at our fine faces is much more fun!
And...good news for this guy! We found out today he only has to wear his DOC Band for 4-6 more weeks. That may sound like a long time but as of a few weeks ago we were being told he probably had three months. GET EXCITED!! Maybe sometime in the near future I will get it decorated before he no longer has to wear it!
