Fun at the Park

I love that we have some great parks in Waco and I love even more that one of them is 5 minutes walking distance from our house.  Hooray for Texas weather in the spring!  I complain about the miserable heat of the summer but the fact that we have weather beautiful enough to go to the park in late February and early March is just awesome!

Cathy and I took advantage of yesterday's gorgeous weather and took our little ones to the park by our house.  It was so much fun to get to walk around, climb, slide and just play all afternoon.

I'm loving their fun blue shirts {the perfect summer color in my opinion} and adorable little converse shoes.  We stuck with jeans in order to avoid scraped knees since we tend to fall when we get going to fast.

Thinking about what to do with the rocks...play, throw, eat...endless possibilities.  This activity didn't last too long.  Ethan just couldn't help himself and HAD to keep eating them.

Poor baby was so tired by the time we got home he had a melt down in the garage.  He just sat on the floor and cried...wouldn't even get up for juice and mama had to carry him inside.

I love that we had so much fun and can't wait for many more park days in the future!
