House Progress

We are slowly making progress on the house. We FINALLY got to framing last week...hooray!! Now the fun begins...I love watching the house go up!  Here are a few pics from over the last few weeks...

Pouring the concrete. I got the boys up really early so we could all go watch. They are in love with all forms of transportation so getting to see all of the cement trucks and the pumper truck was heaven for them. We were there for over an hour just watching.

FINALLY!! So exciting! 

The front door is in the middle, the two windows on the left are my closet, the two windows on the right are the dining room, and the smallest window on the right is my laundry room. The garage isn't up yet and it will be on the far right (you can see the doorway that will go into the house from the garage).

It's never a trip out to the house without the boys finding some kind of treasure. Pieces of wood, nails (not so awesome), rubber bands, etc...it's a boy's dream! Yesterday we found a bunch of used nail gun strips...so fun!
